Dynamic simulation of a fed-batch process using stoichiometric analysis (degree-of-reduction and carbon balancing) which gives better estimate of the oxygen consumption than the simplified model in fedbatch_demo. Furthermore, this analysis also permits calculation of CO2 production.
At the end of the batch phase (6hrs) a constant feed of concentrated substrate was started.
Note that the model can not handle oxygen limitation.
